One year after the Trophy, Pablo gives us news
Pablo Leveau, winner of the Trophée Jeunes Talents Boiron Frèreds #2 came to the Les vergers Boiron head office at the end of June to welcome back the winners of the Trophée Jeunes Talents #3 and share this special moment with them, following a year of international travel. He spontaneously came to Valence in Southern France, travelling from the Somme in the North to spend the day with them.

News of the #2 prize-winners after their first four months
These first four months at Eyckerhof have been a great success for Félix. During a visit of the Fondation to fine-tune the learning path with Ferdy and Ann Debecker and Jean-Louis Ivaldi, Chef de travaux at the lycée hôtelier of Marseille, we were able to see how Félix has grown into his role as a young mobile culinary talent. The Debeckers did not stop singing his praises – both for the quality of his work and for his attitude and motivation.
The Boiron Frères Young Talents Trophy has become an essential feature of the French culinary landscape.
Every year, the Young Talents Trophy, organised by the Boiron Frères corporate foundation, offers its three prizewinners a year’s training abroad with one of three gourmet chefs (Bocuse d’Or Winners, …). It is an exceptional opportunity, recognised as such, just one year after it was created.
Editions #1 and #2: a 12-handed dinner to celebrate the departure and return

They’ve really believed in it
It wasn’t easy to select 3 winners from among these eight highly motivated and generous people. Maëlle Giardina of the Lycée Hôtelier Bonneveine of Marseille, Claire Rudloff of the Lycée Hôtelier Alexandre Dumas of Strasbourg, Pauline Gueux-Quemper of the Lycée Hôtelier of La Rochelle, Arthur Guédon of the Lycée Hôtelier Yvon Bourges of Dinard, and Lloyd James of the École Hôtelière of Périgord de Boulazac and their teachers had prepared the final with certainly as much rigour and passion as their comrades the award-winners for 2016. But the slightest difference gave them the edge.
Progress meeting with catering colleges in Valence

The next day, they left for Lyon for the long-awaited meeting with the three chefs who welcomed them on the Les vergers Boiron booth at 2015 Sirha, the international catering event.
