A successful first edition!

The selection of candidates for the 2015 edition was first entrusted to the teaching staff of partner schools and the three winners were chosen from the finalists by the jury including the guest of honour, Michel Roth, President of Bocuse d’Or Winners.

  • 15 November 2014: deadline for the submission of applications to the Boiron Frères Foundation
  • 15 November to 15 December 2014: examination of applications by the Boiron Frères Foundation
  • 15 December 2014: announcement of the 10 finalists on the website
  • 15 Decembre 2014 to 15 January 2015: preparation for the final presentation
  • 15 January 2015: presentation before the jury in Valence and selection of three prizewinners
  • February to June 2015: preparation for the departure, discussions with chefs, training in the production of the reports
  • July 2015: departure
  • July to October 2015: restaurant 1
  • November 2015 to February 2016: restaurant 2
  • March to June 2016: restaurant 3
  • July 2015 to June 2016: publications posted on the website of the Boiron Frères Young Talents Trophy
